Privacy Policy

NoPsyops ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Postdigitalist. This policy explains what data we collect when you use nopsyops.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your email address, display name, and username. If you sign in via Google, we receive only what Google provides (name, email, profile photo).

Content you submit: URLs and pasted text you submit for analysis are stored and associated with your account. Public reports are visible to all users; private reports are visible only to you; gated reports are only visibile to users with your password of choice.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and product analytics via PostHog to understand how the service is used and to improve it.

Cookies & local storage: We use session cookies for authentication (managed by Supabase) and analytics cookies (PostHog). No advertising cookies are used.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the NoPsyops service.
• To authenticate your account and enforce access tiers.
• To store and display your analysis reports.
• To send transactional emails (email confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent.
• To detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To produce aggregated, anonymised product analytics.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Anthropic & Parallel Systems — content submitted for analysis is processed by AI models. Do not submit content containing personal data you wish to keep private.
• PostHog — product analytics (anonymised where possible).
• Render — hosting and edge infrastructure.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Data Retention

Reports are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual reports at any time from your dashboard. If you delete your account, your personal data and private reports are deleted within 30 days. Aggregate, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely. 5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@postdigitalist.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Supabase with industry-standard practices. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

7. Children

NoPsyops is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
