Release Notes for NOPSYOPS V1.5: The Death of Socrates

Today, we launch V1.5 of NoPsyops, internally nicknamed "The Death of Socrates."
This update turns what started as a very welcomed experiment we shared with friends into a robust product. We want to thank everyone who tried V1 and shared their feedback. We're building this product for you.
If you'd like to preview upcoming features and receive perks (including preferential support), consider joining our Insider Program.
With that out of the way, let's get started with a brief review of everything we're shipping:
An all-new look

V1.5 arrives with a completely redesigned interface. Cleaner, faster, and built around the way analysts actually work. The report layout has been reorganized to surface what matters first, the DHARMA modules are easier to navigate, and the public intelligence feed finally feels like the product it was always meant to be.
An improved analysis engine

The DHARMA framework has always been the core of NoPsyops. In V1.5, we've significantly improved how M1 through M4 interact:
- The chain confidence scoring is sharper
- The mechanism map is more granular
- The ordinal threat rating now reflects a tighter synthesis of all upstream signals.
Less noise. More signal. Every analysis you run from today is more reliable than anything V1 produced.
Publication-level analysis

This is the one we're most excited about. You can now submit an entire publication, not just a single article, and receive a cross-article DHARMA report that surfaces coordinated patterns across a publisher's full output. Which tactics recur. Which narratives are being amplified. How threat levels distribute across a domain's body of work. For journalists, researchers, and PR teams navigating a complex media environment, this changes what's possible.
Finally, privacy

V1 was public-only. That was fine for an experiment; it's not fine for a real tool. V1.5 ships with full visibility controls on every report: public, private, or gated with a password and an email gate. Your analysis stays yours unless you decide otherwise. We don't index or share anything without your explicit consent.
Special Service

For teams operating in high-stakes environments, we're formally launching Special Service — our enterprise tier.
Special Service clients get access to:
- Unlimited reports
- On-demand Resonance Maps
- Campaign simulations
- Weekly human-made briefings synthesizing your tracked narratives and publications into analyst-authored strategic insights
- Dedicated support
This isn't a software subscription with a bigger seat count, but a working relationship.
If any of that sounds like what your team needs, let's talk.
